Rashi has over 14 years’ experience in advancing people agenda in harmony with organizational goals. Her expertise encompasses business partnering, stakeholder engagement, talent management, organization development and cultural transformation.

Prior to joining EDF Renewables she has held several positions in Tata Motors Limited spanning across corporate, plant and commercial HR. She has adeptly applied HR frameworks across diverse business units, has led large scale transformation projects and delivered innovative solutions to business.

She holds bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Management Development Institute Gurgaon.
