Guirec Servan holds a Master’s degree in civil engineering from ESTP, a leading engineering school in France. He has over 25 years of experience in strategic turnaround of the organizations towards a growth path. He has been associated with EDF, France for close to 20 years. Prior to joining EDF he has been associated with Ernst&Young, Paris as a consultant. He has held several management positions in industrial environment. His diverse experience includes consulting, internal audit, grid / network activities, Business development etc.
With over 15 years of experience in power sector, he has been responsible for the transitioning phase from a 50-50 JV to a 100% acquisition by EDF Renewables. Over the last four years in India he has been representing shareholders for two platforms EDF renewables India and Eden Renewables (a JV with TotalEnergies), monitoring over 1.2 GW assets under operation and 1.9 GW assets under construction and development.
Kanwarjit has over 26 years of experience working in diverse domains of business operations, asset management, manufacturing & supply chain functions, across companies in renewable energy, EPC & telecom sectors, and the Indian Army. Previously, Kanwarjit was VP Operations at SunEdison, business unit manager at KEC International. In his two decades plus with the Indian Army, he has been a part of various appointments including missions abroad with United Nations.
Kanwarjit is a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pro and a Lean Six Sigma practitioner. He holds a Bachelors in Tech (Electronics) from JNU and a Masters in Technology eqvt. from Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering, as well as Business Management course from IIM Ahmedabad.
Chandresh has over 15 years of experience with leading corporates in India like Ballarpur Industries, Cargill Foods, Panacea Biotec, Acme Solar, and has been managing the corporate finance function. He is associated with the company for more than 5 years. Chandresh has extensive experience across the finance function, including value creation, corporate governance, risk management, business partnering, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, financial operations, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting.
Chandresh has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Rohan has over 15 years of rich experience, primarily in the Power sector across generation and transmission. In power generation, Rohan has exposure to both conventional and renewable energy with work spanning across Business Development and Commercial, Analytics, Strategy and Risk Management. Prior to EDF, Rohan has worked with ICICI Bank, Reliance Infrastructure and Sembcorp Energy India Limited.
Rohan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai and a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Krishna has over 26 years of extensive experience in the domain of HSE and Quality. Prior to joining EDF Renewables, Krishna held the position of Head of QHSE at Sterlite Power and also served as the Segment Head HSE at L&T Construction.
Throughout his career, Krishna has been responsible for overseeing the quality, health, safety, and environment function of significant infrastructure, industrial, and electrical projects, both domestically and internationally.
Krishna is a charted electrical engineer and holds certifications as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from BCSP and RIL Chennai, as well as he has pursued a management development course from IIM Ahmedabad.
Soumi has over 10 years of diverse experience of working in different capacities in the power industry, be it as lenders’ legal counsel, borrower’s legal counsel, external legal advisor to power producers, external legal advisor to original equipment manufacturers, and in-house legal counsel. At EDF Renewables India, Soumi is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the company, Soumi has worked with, among others, SJ Law, L&L Partners and Sembcorp Green Infra Limited.
Soumi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Hons) from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Savitribai Phule Pune University, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from ILS Law College, Pune and a Master’s degree in Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Shashikant has over 21 years of experience in project management and execution in the power, energy, and infrastructure industries, having overseen multi-faceted project activities from conceptualization to execution including project development. Working in the renewable energy sector since 2007, he has commissioned wind projects across India. At EDF Renewables India, Shashikant is responsible for project delivery of projects including management and construction. Prior to joining the company, Shashikant has worked with global leaders in the wind turbine industry like Vestas, Suzlon, as well as IPPs like ILFS Energy.
Shashikant holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Jiew has over 21 years of rich domain knowledge and experience of procurement & contracts for various sectors like automobile, infrastructure, thermal and renewable energy. He has been involved in capex procurement of 1.4 GW of wind and 2.4 GW of solar. Prior to joining EDF, Jiew has worked with Honda Motors (India), Voltas, GMR – Delhi Airport, Avantha Power, Hero Future Energies and Ayana Power. He holds a bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical) from Birla Institute of Technology and MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
Shagun has over 12 years of experience in Business Strategy, cost optimization, cost auditing, digitalization, MIS, planning, Project Management, investor relations, competition benchmarking, brand enablement, digital marketing etc.
Prior to joining EDF Renewables, he has held various positions with HeidelbergCement India, Larsen & Toubro and Infosys.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from UP Technical University and an MBA degree in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad
